Lynn Heckler is a seasoned human resources executive and people strategist, dedicated to cultivating thriving workplace cultures that align purpose and drive results.  With over 35 years of leadership in HR, talent management, and organizational development, she has built high-performing teams and led cultural transformations that drive business success.

 Lynn built a career as a progressive, innovative HR leader in a variety of industries before becoming an integral part of PSCU’s (now Velera) senior leadership team for 22 years.  As EVP & Chief Talent Officer at PSCU, Lynn led HR, learning & organizational development, industry engagement, real estate and facilities management. She spearheaded DEI initiatives, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies, contributing to PSCU’s recognition as a Forbes and Gallup Best Place to Work.

 Lynn is now the CEO of Blupact Culture LLC,  a strategic advisory firm helping organizations build winning teams and cultures.  Lynn’s expertise extends to board service, industry leadership, and community advocacy. A Certified Innovation Executive (CIE) and former HR Florida Professional of the Year, she holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts and a Strategic HR Management certificate from the University of Michigan.
