Lynn Heckler is a seasoned human resources executive and people strategist, dedicated to cultivating thriving workplace cultures that align purpose and drive results.  With over 35 years of leadership in HR, talent management, and organizational development, she has built high-performing teams and led cultural transformations that drive business success.

 Lynn built a career as a progressive, innovative HR leader in a variety of industries before becoming an integral part of PSCU’s (now Velera) senior leadership team for 22 years.  As EVP & Chief Talent Officer at PSCU, Lynn led HR, learning & organizational development, industry engagement, real estate and facilities management. She spearheaded DEI initiatives, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies, contributing to PSCU’s recognition as a Forbes and Gallup Best Place to Work.

 Lynn is now the CEO of Blupact Culture LLC,  a strategic advisory firm helping organizations build winning teams and cultures.  Lynn’s expertise extends to board service, industry leadership, and community advocacy. A Certified Innovation Executive (CIE) and former HR Florida Professional of the Year, she holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts and a Strategic HR Management certificate from the University of Michigan.

Laura Sehres is a Culture Architect and Partner at Blupact Culture, specializing in systematic culture transformation and merger integration. With a strong foundation in HR leadership and over 30 years of progressive HR experience spanning talent acquisition, culture transformation, employee experience design and DEI strategy, she has led comprehensive initiatives that drive measurable business results.

As former VP of DEI and Employee Experience at Velera, Laura spearheaded culture integration efforts during a major merger that defied industry expectations—achieving engagement growth when research typically predicts significant decline. Her systematic approach to culture design encompasses talent acquisition, employee experience, and recognition systems, creating "moments that matter" that inspire lasting engagement.

An accomplished speaker and industry thought leader, Laura is a Certified Diversity Executive, Gallup CliftonStrengths Certified Coach, and Credit Union Development Educator. She was recognized with the Tampa Bay Business Journal People First Award in 2018 for her leadership in creating people-centered workplace cultures.

Laura holds an MBA from Regis University, a BBA from Florida International University, and a Master's Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Villanova University.  She also holds a Certificate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
